Welcome to Tilenga Shoppers — your trusted retail and delivery partner rooted in the heart of Uganda.

Our Story

Tilenga Shoppers was founded in 2010 with a simple but powerful mission: to bring quality goods and reliable delivery services to the people who needed them most. We began by extending delivery services to the first camp workers of Tullow Oil in Uganda — serving the hardworking men and women in the oil fields of the Albertine region. That spirit of service and dedication has never left us.

Today, Tilenga Shoppers is proud to be the heart of product deliveries for the Tilenga Project camps. Our deliveries reach all oil and gas operation camps across the region, including:

  • Bulisa Camp
  • Bugungu Camp
  • Tangi Camp

We also proudly serve accommodation facilities within Murchison Falls National Park, delivering orders directly to lodges and hospitality establishments where tourists enjoy their stay — ensuring that even in Uganda's most breathtaking wilderness, great service is never far away.

From our humble beginnings to becoming a trusted delivery partner for one of Uganda's most significant energy projects, we continue to grow — driven by the same commitment to reliability and service that started it all.

Where We Are

Today, Tilenga Shoppers operates from two key locations across Uganda:

  • Head Office — Kampala: Sema Drive Lane, Acacia Avenue, Kampala Division
  • Regional Customer Service Center — Hoima: Serving the Albertine Great Lakes Region, our Hoima dealership is your go-to hub for customer support and product access in Western Uganda.
